Some members of the All Progressives Grand Alliance APGA Exco in Ihiala Local Government Area, Anambra State had cause to smile when an APGA governorship aspirant and Personal Envoy to the former President Goodluck Jonathan, Nze Akachukwu Sullivan Nwankpo, hosted APGA Ihiala empowerment programme for them.
The beneficiaries received gifts, including Toyota Sienna cars, and Motorcycles.
The APGA Ihiala LGA Chairman Hon Gozie Chukwudum, and the Secretary Mr. Emma Chukwudolue were gifted Toyota Sienna cars while the Okija Ward1 Chairman Mr. Barth Mbadugha got a “brand new” motorcycle at the event, which took place on Friday 23rd April, 2021 at the country home of Nze Akachukwu Nwankpo in Okija.
The APGA Ihiala LGA executive members, led by the chairman, Hon Chukwudum, commended ‘Team Nwankpo’ for the initiative.
He said the gesture was to identify with the people at the grassroots and ensure the party’s successful outing at the Anambra governorship election slated for November 6, 2021
Nze Nwankpo promised to initiate many welfare schemes if elected governor, noting that he possessed the requisite experience to occupy the number one seat.
He promised to use his blueprint, the FACILITATOR Agenda, to consolidate on the profound achievements of Governor Willie Obiano, sustain the rapid developmental projects, and ensure better standard of living for the Anambra families.
