A fresh crisis is brewing in Zamfara state over the abduction of the state Speaker’s father, step mother and uncle, as Gen Aliyu Mohammed Gusau rtd, is fingered as mastermind.
According to a reliable source in Magarya, some of those who were let go after discovering they did not belong to the immediate family of the Speaker, said the name of the former National Security Adviser was mentioned severally by the abuctors while whisking them away.

Some sources said, before their arrival at Magarya they have also invaded Kaiwa Lamba, Jinkirawa, and Sabon Fegi villages in search of any biological relations of the Speaker. They abducted the father of the Speaker Nasiru Magarya, his stepmother and four others and are still in captivity.
