The Zamfara State people Democratic party PDP Secretary (Shettiman Rijiya) accused the embattled Deputy Governor, His Excellency Mahdi Aliyu Gusau as steering behind the faked punch newspaper interview which according to the yellow journalism paper asking ” Governor Bello Muhammad Matawalle to resign his position as the Executive Governor of Zamfara State.
” I would like to use this Medium to warn Seriously His Excellency the Deputy Governor, to stop playing the script out of screenplay for his political gains, rather he should concentrate on how to defend himself before the State Assembly on the multiple offences leveled against the Deputy Governor, ” Shettiman Rijiya warns.
” I will find a convenient time to meet with our father General Aliyu Gusau to warn his Son the Deputy Governor to stop Bankrolling media houses on my behalf to create bad blood with my party members the PDP . adding that there are legal procedures to follow before asking the sitting Governor to resign.
” After all, Mahdi is the kind of politician who does not in any way understand the politics of Zamfara State,, Somebody who could hardly assist or attend to his aids immediate needs.
