….. Says He Is More Confident To Emerge The Guber Candidate For APGA.

Awka, Anambra State – The leading Gubernatorial Aspirant of the All Progressive Grand Alliance Party (APGA) Rt. Hon. Chukwuma Umeoji KSJI, MHR, yesterday commissioned his campaign office at the heart of the State capital.

The event which turned gathering of political heavyweights in the APGA party saw critical and relevant Stakeholders, members of the Anambra State House of Assembly, youth and women leaders, Students, Traders, artisans and other groups troop out en masse to show overwhelming support to the projected successor to Governor Willie Obiano.

Speaking during the commissioning, the two time House of Representative Member, former ALGON Chairman of Anambra State and Gubernatorial hopeful, Rt. Hon. Chukwuma Umeoji said the office would henceforth serve as a meeting place for all his support Groups, campaign structures from wards to communities across the 21 LGAs of the State, party men and women amongst many others.

Hon. Chukwuma Umeoji who spoke eloquently, praised the Executive Governor of Anambra State, HE, Governor Willie Obiano who also is the BOT Chairman and National Leader of the APGA party, according to the Federal Lawmaker, The Governor has done remarkably well, evidently, there’s no space to enumerate his achievements in the State.

As the Leader of the party, the Governor is only interested in giving everyone a level playing ground, he has not anointed any aspirant and equally barred every conversation about a consensus candidate, He has repeatedly said that the his successor would emerge through a credible primary, Umeoji said.

Hon. Chukwuma Umeoji, while reiterating his vision for Anambra State, noted, that he is confident he will clinch the APGA ticket; he urged his supporters to eschew campaign of calumny against any APGA aspirant, ignore possible provocations and rather focus on projecting his antecedents, visible achievements as public servant, vision for Anambra State and the good works of APGA and Governor Willie Obiano.

He said his administration will consolidate on Governor Willie Obiano remarkable success story and would adopt new strategies to tackle rising insecurity to ensure that Anambra State remains the Safest in Nigeria; he called on party members to stand their grounds and not be intimidated and to always give their support to whom their conscience accepts.

The leading Gubernatorial Aspirant who made other other important remarks said he is more prepared, charged and energetic to emerge the candidate of APGA and succeed Governor Willie Obiano when his tenure finally expires as Governor in March 2022 – hence, called on his supporters to be civil, and good ambassadors of APGA stressing that the party can only achieve victory when there’s unity, Hon. Umeoji concluded.

Hon. Onyekwelu Udeani, a former Council Chairman, Aide to Governor Willie Obiano on Security and APGA chieftain described Hon. Chukwuma Umeoji KSJI, as the most qualified candidate for APGA, he noted his experience, antecedents and being a true and loyal party man.

Member Representing Awka North at the State Assembly Hon. John Nwokoye alongside Hon. Eddy Ibuzo representing Onitsha North II Endorsed Hon. Chukwuma Umeoji describing him as the best man for the Job.

Political appointees and other party stakeholders who took turns to speak, said they have found the man that will lead the flocks after Governor Willie Obiano, he is the right man for the job, he has a perfect understanding of Governance, administration, party politics and building a State that would accommodate every one regardless of social or political Status, he is without a godfather rather with God Almighty and the entire people of Anambra State.

The commissioning and unveiling of the Campaign Office was well attended by party stakeholders, all the campaign structures and thousands of Rt. Hon. Chukwuma Umeoji KSJI supporters across the State as chants K’anyi SoluOBA rented the air.
