Woman In Court For Allegedly Threatening To Kill Ogun LP Chairman’s Wife, Children Through Spiritual means 
 
A 27 year old lady, Adeola Akindehinde who is the CEO of Crown Exclusive Stitches located at quarry road, opposite Daktad hotel on Wednesday  appeared in a  Magistrates’ Court sitting in Ake,  Abeokuta, Ogun State for allegedly threatening the life of the wife of  comrade Abayomi Arabambi,  the chairman of Labour Party in the state and the chairman south west Inter party Advisory Council, IPAC.
The defendant was accused of sending messages three times through her fone to Mrs Oluwakemi Abayomi where she threatened to murder her and children 
 
On  the 11 of June, 2021, the defendant threaten to  kill and murder the complainant and her children
 
She also said that if she can not use physical power,  she will use spiritual power to kill the complainant and all her  children.
 
On the 14 of June at  346pm, She sent another message where she  claimed that she knew  the movement of all the children  schooling at Okemosan, and the complainant movement too.
On the same day at  335pm,  She claimed that the complainant will cry over her children.
On the same date she sent another message that the three  children in the University will die.
 
Akindehinde  was charged for threat to life, attempt to commit murder, and felony.
 
 
The defendant however pleaded not guilty
 
She was granted bail of 200 thousand naira with two sureties, one must be relative and another must be a civil servant all must be residents within the jurisdiction of the court, other bail conditions, NEPA bill, Tax clearance for three years.
 
 
The court adjourned the case till 4th of November 2021 for the defendant to open her case.
